Strange but true, I love other people reading and trying to copy us, it’s happened several times already and I hope it continues for a lot longer.

I have to acknowledge Jay Abrahams for these 3 questions because they are so simple and yet so powerful that once you know them - you really can change your business in a heartbeat.

Here they are:

  • How do I/we increase the number of customers who use our business?
  • How do I/we increase the size of their average order?
  • How do I/we increase the frequency with which they order from us?

That’s it, simple as that. I have even given you the 3 key questions just for reading this far.

Our coaches will be onsite at your place of work for one day per month, they will build you a personalised system of continuous measurement, which combined with the rigorous follow up will ensure that people not only learn the modules we teach – like the 3 Key Questions of Business Growth, but that you and your staff get so used to using them that they become ingrained in the corporate culture.

  • In between visits we will schedule a 1 hour telephone call to address any real world issues which have come to light since the most recent training day and answer any issues not covered by the training or CD’s.
  • We further undertake to answer any question or email left for us within 24 hours as a final ‘catch all’ level of support even outside your normal training schedule.

Therefore, the first layer of sales and business growth will have come from the "little or no cost" form of marketing which you almost certainly aren't using to your best advantage at the present time.

This we call the “MAGIC MATRIX”. After you see it in action we are sure you will think its MAGIC too.

Next we will start to measure your Sales Map, which will quantify exactly how many responses to your marketing you turn into customers. After we have a clear map of the Sales process for your particular business we will, together, be able to come up with literally hundreds of ways to make the process more streamlined and EFFECTIVE - not just more efficient, more EFFECTIVE, they can be very different.
